We hope you love your handcrafted jewellery. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help you with an easy and transparent return process.

📅 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition, unused and unworn

• They should include all original packaging and tags

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

📩 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, simply email us at saajsanskruti.creations@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions for sending your item back.

Note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right. We're here to ensure your experience is a happy one.

🔁 Exchanges

Resolution: Once you report the issue, our team will work with you to resolve it promptly. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may provide a replacement. Verification of the damage or defect will be required. This process will done within 7 days. Replacement: Once we receive damaged product we will process and deliver the replacement or exchange product within 6 to 7 days

Want to exchange your item?
Please follow the return process first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like in exchange.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Some banks or credit card companies may take a few extra days to reflect the refund on your statement.
